RAW CARD CONDITION

Raw or ungraded cards may have condition characteristics including:

surface imperfections
print lines
scratches
edge wear
corner wear
centering differences
factory defects
other manufacturing characteristics

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rookies 2 Goats LLC does not guarantee that a raw card will receive any particular grade from PSA, SGC, Beckett/BGS, CGC, or another grading company.

A customer's personal condition opinion or grading expectation does not override the photographs and description provided in the listing.

THIRD-PARTY GRADING

Grades assigned by third-party grading companies are opinions issued by those independent companies.

Rookies 2 Goats LLC does not control or guarantee:

regrading results
crossover results
grade-review results
future grading standards
population-report changes
future market value associated with a grade

A later change in grade, grading standard, or population report does not create a right to a refund for an otherwise accurately described item.

PRICING & MARKET VALUE

Sports cards and collectibles are market-sensitive products.

Values may change rapidly due to factors including:

player performance
injuries
trades
call-ups
awards
championships
product releases
collector demand
population reports
auction results
market conditions

The price shown when an order is completed is the agreed purchase price.

A later increase or decrease in market value does not entitle either party to a price adjustment, refund, or additional payment.

PRICING, LISTING & INVENTORY ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel an order when a listing contains a material:

pricing error
inventory error
product-description error
technical error
website synchronization error
duplicate sale
fraud concern
payment issue

If we cancel an order for one of these reasons after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the affected item will be refunded to the applicable payment method.

SHIPPING
